Child Care Workers
Direct supervision of children in various residential programs of Waterford Country School. An active position which involves being part of a treatment team for a particular group of children, counseling, implementation of treatment plans, recreation activities and teaching life skills.  Shift work involving round the clock coverage including weekends and holidays.
