Child Care Workers
Direct supervision of children in various residential programs of Waterford Country School. An active position which involves being part of a treatment team for a particular group of children, counseling, implementation of treatment plans, recreation activities and teaching life skills. Clinical Director - Foster Care and Community Services Program
Part-Time (24 hours per week)
Qualifications: The Clinical Director must be a Masters Level mental health professional licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut. Extensive experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents and families, and supervision of other Clinical Profesionals and support staff is required.
Basic Function: The Clinical Director is a senior administrator in the Foster Care and Community Services Program. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services in an outpatient mental health clinic and other assigned based programs.

Needed to provide in-home therapeutic services to children with significant behavioral/mental health disorders and their families. This service will be provided with others as part of a team. The position requires non-traditional work hours and some on-call responsibilities. MSW or comparable Master's Degree and experiences delivering clinical services required.
